Quick tacos
Ingredients: corn or flour tortillas, shredded chicken (or tuna), lettuce, tomato, grated cheese, lime.
Preparation: Warm up the tortillas, fill with protein, veggies, and cheese. Add lime or salsa to taste.

Avocado Toast
Ingredientes: bread, avocado, salt, pepper, lime. Optional: fried egg or tomato slices, serrano ham
Preparación: Toast the bread, mash the avocado with salt, pepper, and lime. Spread on toast and top with egg or tomato.

Pesto sauce pasta
Ingredients: Pasta (spaghetti or penne), Pesto sauce (store-bought or homemade), avocado oil, parmesan cheese (optional), cherry tomatoes (optional)
Preparation: Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, drain and toss with a little olive oil and the pesto sauce, serve with grated Parmesan and cherry tomatoes on top.

Charcuterie Board
Ingredientes: cheeses (at least two types), ham or salami, crackers or bread, dried fruits, nuts.
Preparación: Arrange everything on a board or large plate. Pair with wine or fresh juice.
